How it works
We like to make the process as easy and transparent as possible. Here is an overview of the steps involved…
The starting point is to listen to you. We like to ask a lot of questions. What is the subject of the film? Who will the audience be? What information do you want to convey? Where will the film be shown or hosted? To name but a few. You may not have all the answers, but we can offer our advice about the options open to you.
Following our discussions we will summarise our discussions to make sure we are on the same page. We can then make any necessary modifications and adjustments to the brief.
Now for the fun stuff. We’ll take the brief and come up with some creative treatments for your project. We may come up with a few options for you to choose from. These will be clearly described and fully costed. At this stage there is no obligation to proceed.
If you like our ideas and want to go ahead then we will produce a detailed script. More visually complex films may also requires a storyboard. At this stage, you will be asked to pay a deposit in order to start the production process. The final balance will only be payable upon completion.
Before filming begins, we manage all the necessary preparation such as site visits, appointing crew and drawing up a schedule.
This is the stage when all the filming takes place and can take anything from a few hours to several weeks. It may take place in one or multiple locations and involve a single camera operator / director or a larger crew.
Once all the filming is complete, we start the editing process. Titles, animations, music and still photographs can be added to enhance the film. We keep you informed and involved in the decision making process by sending you regular updates for your feedback.Go back
